Trade 200218: Sold AirAsia and Sime Darby

Sold some Air Asian for 2.3% capital gain, or a total of 15.4% gain including dividends. Also sold some Sime Darby for 12% capital gain.

Not a bad day.

Saw Petronas Chemical continued the climb, regretting the sell from yesterday.

Portfolio broke even for the first time since middle last year. Currently the portfolio is at a total gain of 0.27% including dividends.

The market seems to be in a euphoric mood. Will dispose more less strategic positions and keep the proceeds to wait for the next downturn / stock dips.
